• Phone Number & SMS Data: Your phone number is collected to deliver our core Service, including call notifications, daily summary SMS messages, and service updates. We use your phone number solely for these purposes.
• Call Data: Call recordings, transcripts, caller information, and call metadata generated through the use of our Service.
• Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, including call duration, feature usage, and dashboard activity.

• Send SMS notifications about incoming calls, call summaries, and daily reports

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including Twilio (telephony and SMS), ElevenLabs (AI voice technology), and Stripe (payment processing). These providers only access your data as necessary to perform their functions.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, except that your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent will not be transferred for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Google Calendar Integration (Optional)

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access it through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow using the calendar.events.owned scope. This integration is entirely optional — the Service is fully functional without it.

• What we do: When an appointment taken by your AI receptionist is confirmed by you, we create a corresponding event on your primary Google Calendar. We only create and manage events created by our application.
• What we do not do: We do not read, store, or share your existing calendar events or any other Google account data.
• What we store: We store only the OAuth token needed to maintain the connection. Disconnecting from the dashboard deletes the token and revokes our access; you can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

KOPERNIKUS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Service. After account termination, we may retain account records, call recordings, and transcripts for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, for no longer than is reasonably necessary for those purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@kopernikus.app (see Section 9), and we will honor verified deletion requests unless retention is required by law.
